This project is converting a charming 19th-century building into a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient "green" building.
A local foods marketplace on the ground and basement levels will offer fresh, healthy, local foods. A gourmet micro-restaurant on the ground level will also add to the emerging vitality of the neighborhood. Twenty four loft-style apartments will complete the project.
Transforming this historic building will dramatically benefit the commercial district and surrounding neighborhoods of Buffalo's West Side.
